NEWTON, Kan. — The Harvey County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance for locating Rolando Antonio Murua-Negrete. He was last known to be in the Newton area.

He’s currently wanted on three felony warrants including charges of sexual exploitation of a child in one case and three counts of sexual exploitation of a child and electronic solicitation in another.
