BUHLER, Kan. — A 36-year-old Hutchinson man was taken to the hospital after he struck a deer while riding his motorcycle in the county early yesterday.

Wade Chick struck the deer near 82nd and Kent Road and was transported to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center in Hutchinson.

The accident occurred just after 5:30 a.m.
