One of three people suspected in a string of auto burglaries including vehicles belonging to law enforcement, public officials or their family members, and other private citizens is expected in court Friday for sentencing in the case.

18-year-old Madison Smalling was charged with 10-counts of auto burglary, but entered a plea to just four, while the rest were dropped by the state as part of a plea agreement.

She admits her involvement with the burglaries along with 21-year-old Victor Smith and 19-year-old Sheridan Kiraly. Judge Trish Rose recently granted a mental evaluation for Kiraly, so his case is on hold.

He along with Smith are charged with 16-counts of burglary. He also has a second case against him where he is accused of battering a law enforcement officer.

Smith is also charged in another case where he’s charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package, personal use drug paraphernalia and no tax stamp.

Sentencing for Smalling again set for Friday morning.
