Two people were injured in a one vehicle accident in Stafford County Thanksgiving morning.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says that 85 year old Cleo Bartlett of St. John was going east on US-50 when he hit a deer that crossed in front of him. Bartlett and his passenger, 82 year old Darlene Bartlett were both transported by EMS to Promise Regional Medical Center in Hutchinson for treatment.

The accident happened around 9:40 a-m, about 5-miles east of Stafford.
