WICHITA, Kan. — Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Detectives are still following leads in the investigation for the homicide of Dale Childress of Tulsa. They say they’re working with numerous agencies and are seeking assistance from the public in Kansas and Oklahoma to help in the identification of an unknown black male as seen in the photo shown above.
The man appears to be in his 20’s and may travel between Wichita and Tulsa. They want to speak with this person in reference to their investigation.
They also also continue to seek assistance from the public in locating a 2001 to 2005, Buick LeSabre, 4 door, dark in color, possibly dark green.

This homicide occurred on Sunday, February 15, 2015 in the 3900 block of East 69th Street North and is the first homicide reported in 2015 in the unincorporated area of Sedgwick County.
Childress was wanted in Tulsa in the shooting deaths of two women. He was named in a search warrant last month in connection with the killings of 37-year-old Jennifer Sudar and 26-year-old Amanda Douglas, outside an east Tulsa apartment complex.
