WICHITA – 20-year-old Austin Alan Ray, of Kingman has pleaded guilty to one count of receiving child pornography.

Ray admitted that between Oct. 14, 2010, and Oct. 27, 2010, he received child pornography via computer.

Sentencing is set for Nov. 8 th, and he faces a penalty of not less than five years and not more than 20-years in federal prison and a fine up to 250-thousand dollars.
