HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Officials have announced the inaugural Hutchfest BBQ Cook-Off. They say they’re expecting competitive teams to come from all around to compete this year.

They say they have been working to make this event a state championship and a sanctioned competition with four categories including brisket, chicken, pork ribs, and pork.

Teams will arrive on July 3rd, with judging on July 4 starting at noon.
