HUTCHINSON, Kan. – If you’re planning on celebrating as a part of the Smallville Comicon event in Hutchinson and Reno County, be advised that the Reno County Sheriff’s Office and Kansas Highway Patrol will be conducting a DUI Check lane this weekend as well.

In other words, if you plan on drinking, make sure you have a designated driver to get you home or to any other destination safely.

They of course never tell us where or when this check-lane will be set up, so don’t take any chances. The cost of getting a DUI in this day in age is costly.
