WICHITA – One person was injured in an accident just before 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday in Sedgwick County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Chevy Malibu driven by Jo-Anna Lynne Wright, 44, Independence, Mo., was westbound on the Kansas 96 ramp to Interstate 135 southbound.

The vehicle traveled off the roadway to the left and struck a sign.
The driver overcorrected and the vehicle rolled.

Wright was transported to Wesley Medical Center.

The KHP reported she was properly restrained at the time of the accident.
