HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Hutchinson Police are still looking for the driver involved in a hit and run accident involving a car and a bicycle.

17-year-old Brian Rank was riding his bike west bound in an alley way when he crossed into Plum Street between 2nd and 3rd and was hit by a southbound car.

The teen was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for treatment of various injuries.

The vehicle police are looking for is an older “boxy” style four door car which is dark blue in color.
Damage to this vehicle will be on the windshield and left side front corner of the car. The vehicle is possibly displaying a veteran license plate and being operated a by a white male in his late 20’s.
