HUTCHINSON, Kan. – During a special meeting of the Hutchinson School Board meeting last night, Rudy Rodriguez was appointed to replace a member who had resigned.

Other applications for the USD 308 position were James L. Parker, Kail K. Denison and Katie M. Perez

Jennifer Mora Cook was elected to the board in April but notified them that she was moving out of the district and subsequently sent a letter of resignation. The board accepted that resignation in July and began the formal process to replace Cook.

Rodriguez will serve until January 2018.
