WICIHTA (AP) – An explosion and fire at a Wichita house has injured three people, including a 2-year-old girl.
Fire Marshal Brad Crisp says firefighters found the house in flames when they arrived early Tuesday. The three family members were outside.
The victims were a 28-year-old man, a 24-year-old woman and the 2-year-old. They were taken by ambulance to the burn unit at Via Christi St. Francis Regional Medical Center, where a hospital spokeswoman said they are in critical condition.
Crisp said investigators haven’t determined what caused the blast.
