HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Results of the 2015 Chili & Soup Festival have been announced.

First Place Chili was awarded to Jackson Meat, followed by Siemen’s at No. 2 and Heartland Credit Union taking third.

For First Place Soup, the Hutchinson Recreation Commission won, followed by Southern Comfort in second and Family Community Theater taking third.

Best Decorated Booth went to Party Link.

Best Costumes included People’s Bank, Evolution Salon, Gentiva Hospice Family Children’s Theater and MSA.

The People’s Choice Voting Drawing went to Raymond Holloway.

The Downtown Promotion Committee thanked volunteers and the generous support of their sponsors, First National Bank of Hutchinson, Dollar Sense, Stutzman’s Refuse, Smith’s Market, Berridge IGA in Nickerson and Jackson Meat.

Next Year’s Chili & Soup Festival will be on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016.
