The utilities are in and street work is expected to begin next spring for a new business area just north of 30 th near the Sonic Drive-In.

The Plaza East addition will begin with three lots, one of which has been sold to Tim Lacky and Nielson Chiropractic. They plan to move into a newly built, 10-thousand square foot facility on 1.8-acres of land that will be home to a multi-purpose health center from chiropractic and other services.

The clinic will also expand their staff to four doctors and open a whole foods store. The new clinic will be located on the west side of Plaza East Drive.

No firm date for the start of construction has been announced at this time.
