FINALISTS: All finalists or your pre-approved proxy will need to be present on July 20th at the Sunflower North Building on the Kansas State Fairgrounds. Check-in will start at 11 a.m. and the Grand Prize Drawing will begin at noon. Any late finalists will be disqualified. All finalists or proxies will be required to bring the official letter you receive and valid picture ID. If you are a finalist and will not be able to attend the Grand Prize Drawing, please contact Pat James at Eagle Communications at 620-662-4486 with the name and phone number of the proxy who will stand in for you in your absence.
