One of two men arrested back in late December for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, is now a wanted to man. This after he failed to show in court Thursday for a preliminary hearing in the case.

20-year-old Julian Delvalle now has a bench warrant out for his arrest, with a 50-thousand dollar bond. That warrant issued by Judge Joe McCarville.

A co-defendant, Jarell Reed was almost in the same boat with the judge also ordering a bench warrant for him, but he finally showed up in court, and the warrant was recalled. He then waived his right to his preliminary hearing, meaning the case against him could go to trial.

On December, 29, 2011, a search warrant was served on the home the two shared at 629 East 6th. officers alleged found 22-small Ziplock bags that contained approximately 1-gram of high grade marijuana in each one. Then inside the bathroom, they found 3-additional bags that also contained about of gram of suspected marijuana. They also found a large Ziplock bag that contained about 4-grams of suspected pot. They also found digital scales and numerous other Ziplock bags.

Charges against the two include possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package and no drug tax stamp.
