HUTCHINSON, Kan. — As expected the turnout for the city and school board primary election was light. In the end the two incumbents that were opposed in the primary are moving on. Mayor Dave Inskeep and Sara Bagwell were the two top vote getters in the at large seat for the Hutchinson City Council. Councilman Steve Dechant and Steven Garza move onto the general election in the Southeast District.

And the special tax questions for the Highlands passed. The approval by the city residents will provide revenue for city services.
