A 20-year-old Derby man was taken to a Wichita Hospital after a one vehicle wreck just off of K-61 at Avenue A, Tuesday Afternoon.

Brett Corby was northbound on the K-61 over-pass and started to exit at A Street. Not knowing the area and the sharpness of the exit, he went off the side of the off ramp, then came back across, but fishtailed and then rolled at least once.

He suffered a head injury and was flown by a Midwest Lifeteam helicopter to a Wichita hospital, more as a precaution then anything else, according to police.

The accident occurring around 2:40 p-m.
