CUNNINGHAM – A 35-year-old Medicine Lodge woman was killed on a one vehicle accident early Friday morning near Cunningham in Kingman County.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Jami Danielle Romine was westbound on U-S 54, when her vehicle left the roadway. She then lost control and her vehicle then overturned. She was not wearing a seatbelt, however there’s no indication that she left the vehicle.

A passenger, 36-year-old Steven K. Burke of Wichita was injured and was taken to the Kingman County Hospital for treatment.

The accident occurring around 2:40 a-m, at the Cunningham exit of
U-S 54.
