SEWARD – A 27-year-old St. John man was taken to the Stafford County hospital after he wrecked his motorcycle after he struck a deer.

Darrie R. Willinger was eastbound on K-19 when the accident occurred. He was wearing a helmet, but was still taken to the hospital for treatment.

The accident occurring around 9:15 p-m Tuesday night, a mile southwest of the town of Seward.
