Accident sends three to a Wichita hospital including 10-month-old child

PRETTY PRAIRIE – Three people were taken to a Wichita hospital after a one vehicle accident in Kingman County on Sunday.

Injured and taken to Via-Cristi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita was 22-year-old Andrew Blake Seibel, 23-year-old Serrenity Dawn Turnbull, and 10-month-old Loghyn Seibel, all of Pretty Prairie.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Seibel was southbound on Northeast 40 Avenue in Kingman County when his Chevy Blazer left the roadway, hit a culvert and overturned several times coming to rest on it’s top.

Its unclear is the driver had a seatbelt fastened, but Serrenity Turnbull was not wearing one, while the 10-month old was in a child safety seat.

The accident occurring around 4:40 p-m Sunday, about 3.5 miles north of highway 54 near the Reno/Kingman County line.
