HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 23-year-old woman alleges she was assaulted by 57-year-old man at a local smoke shop here in Hutchinson.

Arrested for aggravated assault and criminal damage was Kirk Hamilton who also allegedly damaged the victims vehicle.

The suspect allegedly used a hammer in the attack which occurred just after 3 p-m, Saturday afternoon at the smoke shop in the 400 block of North Adams.

Hamilton is free on bond and should make an appearance in court at a later date.
