
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 36-year-old man arrested back in the early morning hours of July 7 has been formally charged with drug distribution.
Michael A. Huffman is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell with an amount between 3.5 and 100 grams. Other charges include possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of other drugs.
He was arrested by police at the intersection of 7th & Jackson in Hutchinson.
Huffman is free on bond. His case will now move to a waiver-status docket next month.
He has prior convictions for drugs and burglary in cases going back to 2013 and 2014.
