ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. — The Hutchinson High Salthawks lost to the Arkansas City High Bulldogs 61-39 in Friday night’s game.

Arkansas City was just slightly ahead of Hutchinson by three points in an 11-9 first quarter score.

The Salthawks quickly got left behind as the Bulldogs pushed forward and gained a 32-20 lead at halftime.

Hutchinson kept their distance behind Arkansas City all throughout the rest of the game and finished with a 61-39 loss.

The Bulldogs out-rebounded the Salthawks 40-19 which caused Hutchinson to miss the mark.
