HUTCHINSON, Kan. — After 23 years as the school’s President, Dr. Ed Berger’s run at Hutchinson Community College
officially comes to an end Monday.

As he has every Monday morning, he left faculty and staff with his “First Monday” email, letting everyone know of the past weeks accomplishments for various staff, students, departments and sports teams. Starting tomorrow Dr. Carter File takes over as President.

Berger was president at HCC for 23 years, and is taking on new duties as part of the Cosmosphere’s expansion program.
