WICHITA, Kan. — Trinity Senior Celia Biel already committed to run for Wichita State. Over the weekend in Cessna Stadium, she further proved her potential. Biel won the 1600 by seven seconds. The distance runner also finished 6th in the 800.
As a team, Sterling finished Class 3A in 4th place. The Black Bears won the 4 x 100 Meter Relay and got a gold medal from Taya Wilson in the 100 Hurdles. Wilson finished 3rd in the 300 Hurdles.
