HUTCHINSON, Kan. — As a part of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, the Reno County District Attorney’s Office, Horizon’s Mental Health Center, the Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Center and Hutchinson Regional Medical Center will host a Community Candlelight Ceremony.

Sponsors say, “Expand the Circle — reach all victims” reflects a vision to build partnerships between justice and victim service professionals, businesses, researchers, healthcare providers, educators, policymakers, houses of worship and a host of other social and civic groups.

The event is Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the South Hutchinson Community Center at 101 W. Avenue C.

The event is free and open to the public.
