HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Fire continues its investigation into a fire at the Tierra Verde apartment complex last Wednesday.

Fire crews responded to the location Wednesday afternoon to find fire on one of the upper floors. The fire was quickly extinguished.

According to Fire Chief Steven Beer, investigators continue to interview witnesses and do other work to determine the cause.

The fire displaced about 20 individuals who were aided by the Red Cross.

No injuries were reported.
