HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Many employers continue to struggle to find suitable workers in the area.

The tight labor market demands that companies adopt a recruiting strategy that recognizes engagement starts well before either the interview process or the start date.

The next Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce Lunch and Learn will address those issues. The event is Friday, Nov. 15, from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Clayworks. Participants will hear tips from local workforce experts on how to help recruit great talent.
