HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Two people arrested back on Nov. 15 for drug distribution charges were back before a judge Wednesday.

Cheyenne Lewis and Humberto Serrano were both charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute. Both were also charged with personal use paraphernalia.

The state alleges the two had between 450 grams and 30 kilograms, and packaging materials when arrested.

The case against the two will now move to a waiver-status docket.
