HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Teddy Decker, 53, already has two cases pending. He can add a third.

Decker is now charged with distribution of methamphetamine within a thousand feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A parole officer went to his home back on Feb. 2 for a “home check.” During that visit, the officer apparently saw Decker holding a plastic case. The case fell to the floor and reportedly contained 20.1 grams of methamphetamine. The officer also reported finding a scale and a pipe with residue.

It was back on Jan. 7 when Decker was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was also charged with criminal trespass for entering an apartment where he was not welcome.

He was arrested on May 21 of last year for a drug charge and faces charges of possession of methamphetamine and heroin with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of drug proceeds and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package.

Decker was released in April of 2016 after being convicted for possession, unlawful manufacturing and aggravated failure to appear.

His cases are all now part of a waiver-status docket.
