HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Reno County District Judge Trish Rose announced Thursday morning that she’ll seek a third term as District Judge for Division 1.

In an email to Eagle Media, she said, “I appreciate the confidence placed in me by the citizens of Reno County by allowing me to serve as District Judge. I will continue to honor the commitment I made when first elected, to uphold the integrity of the judicial process and accord respect to all who appear before me.”

Rose was first elected in November 2010 and took office on Jan. 10, 2011. She was re-elected in 2014 for a second term beginning January 2015. Now she’s seeking her third term in next year’s election.
