Earl William Blocker, 88, died peacefully Friday, March 17, 2017, at Brookdale of Hutchinson. He was born July 28, 1928, in Haven, to Emil and Lillian (Dierks) Blocker.
Earl graduated from Haven High School in 1946 and was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Haven. He was a farmer.
Survivors include his brother, Milton and wife Ruth of Haven. He was preceded in death by: his parents; sisters, Dorothy Blocker, Margaret Rohlman, and Mildred Hays.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday, March 20, 2017, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, 8513 E. Arlington Road, Haven, with Pastor Russell Bonine officiating.
Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
