RUSSELL – One eastbound lane of I-70 was closed near Russell to allow crews to clean up two accident sites.

At two locations semis were blown over Wednesday night.

The trucks were left in the median overnight Wednesday due to weather conditions and were being removed today.

In one of the accidents, 45-year-old Cedric Miles of Grandview, Missouri was taken to Russell Regional Hospital for treatment.

The accident involving his rig occurred just before 10 p-m.
