HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Police are investigating some phony money being passed around, with a local bank notifying them that some fake money was presented to them.

An employee of First Bank of Kansas at 1600 E. 17th reported that they received two counterfeit $20 bills at their bank.

That could mean that those passing the fake bills could strike again in the area. No arrests have been made.
