HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The trial for a man accused of felony murder has been continued for a third time.

Brennan Trass is accused in the shooting death of 24-year-old Jose Morales, who was found on the floor of a residence back on Aug. 17 with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center where he later died.

Judge Trish Rose has twice now granted continuances in this case. The trial was set to begin on Oct. 18, but now is pushed back to Jan. 10, 2017.
