Fill the Gap lunch program starts Monday

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Reno County Food Bank will have its Fill the Gap lunch program again this year.

The program is put in place to fill the space between the end of the Hutchinson USD 308 summer lunch program and the start of school. Summer lunches in USD 308 end this Friday.

The lunches will be served at the Salvation Army headquarters at 700 N. Walnut. The Food Bank will provide a sack lunch to any child age 18 and under in the county. No sign up is necessary.

Lunches will be served from noon until 1 p.m. starting Monday, Aug. 30, and continue until Aug. 15.
