Four people were taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center Thursday afternoon after single vehicle accident in the county

It was around 2:40 p-m when Reno County Sheriff Deputies, Kansas Highway Patrol Troopers, District 4 Fireman, and two Reno County EMS units were sent to that accident on Arlington Road, about a quarter of a mile east of Partridge Rd.

When they arrived, they found a 2001 Ford Expedition, driven by 17-year-old Billy Foster, from El Dorado was west bound, went off the right side of the roadway. He then over corrected and that caused the vehicle to cross the roadway and go into the south ditch, rolled once, and also struck some trees.

There were three passengers in the vehicle, 41-year-old Jennifer Harner, 16-year-old Francine Harner, and 13-year-old Emily Harner, all from Abbyville.

All were wearing seat belts, and air bags did deploy according to Sheriff Captain Wayne Baughman.

All were transported by Reno County E-M-S to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
