HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 15-year-old boy was arrested Sunday evening by police for possession of a firearm less than 12 inches while being under 18 years of age and two counts of interference with law enforcement.

This occurred after another 15-year-old accidentally shot himself in the foot. The incident occurred just before 8 p.m. in the 600 block of Columbia Drive.

And later, a 16-year-old was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia, also in Hutchinson.
