HUTCHINSON, Kan. — In a special meeting on Thursday, the Board of Trustees at Hutchinson Community College reviewed the end-of-the-fiscal-year expenses.

The group approved the final bills to wrap up the 2014-15 fiscal year, which concludes at HCC on June 30.

The board also heard a report from Bob Fee with Fee Insurance regarding the college’s insurance plan. They approved the bid from Fee Insurance, Inc. to provide the college’s insurance for the 2014-15 school year.

They also recognized Dr. Edward E. Berger, who attended his final Board of Trustees meeting as President of the College. Berger will officially retire as College President on June 30.

The next meeting of the board will be on Thursday, July 17. The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the Shears Technology Center Justice Theater. The public is invited to attend.
