HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Community College has been without a Vice President of Finance and Operations ever since Carter File moved up from that position to President of the college.

That will likely change tomorrow when the HCC Board of Trustees meets in  a special session. Also tomorrow, the board will seek approval of a new contract with the classified and administrative staff for the next school year. The major item in the new contract is a 3.1% pay increase for next year.

The board will also go into executive session during tomorrow’s meeting which begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Shears Technology Center.
