A benefit for several Hutchinson Career and Technical Education Academy student organizations is under construction.

The Shed Fundraiser is offering tickets – for a suggested donation of $10 – for the opportunity to win one 8-foot by 12-foot storage building. The building includes 48-inch double doors and has a 35-year roof. The shed is built by the HCTEA’s Commercial Construction Program students.

Five career-related organizations at HCTEA will benefit from the event. The storage building will be painted to suit and will be delivered.

The winning ticket will be drawn during the HCTEA Pathway Awards and Reception at 6 p.m. May 14 at the HCTEA, 800 15th Circle. You do not need to be present to win.
