After at least two continuances, a preliminary hearing for a Hutchinson man charged in a child sex case is scheduled once again for Thursday morning.

The preliminary hearing for Henry Davidson had been continued back in March because of a mistake in getting the states witnesses subpoenaed and was continued again back in April.

Davidson is charged with rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child and aggravated criminal sodomy for allegedly molesting the 10-year daughter of a Hutchinson woman he was living with.

The sexual abuse is alleged to have been going on in a time range of August of 2006 through part of last year.

The hearing again scheduled for Thursday.
