Two Hutchinson residents are in jail on bonds of 75-hundred dollars after they were arrested by Hutchinson Police on multiple counts of criminal use of a financial card.

27-year-old Tiffany Dawn Green and 42-year-old David Sylvester Green, both of Hutchinson were allegedly using a stolen credit card at various local businesses over a two day period.

Each is charged with theft and 12-counts of criminal use of a financial card. Police Detective Dean Harcrow says they were on video at the various stores.

Harcrow says they were looking for the pair and heard of some kind of disturbance in the 700 block of North Van Buren and recognized the name and went and picked the pair up.

The total amount they charged to the victims card wasn’t that much, around 300-dollars, but could have been worse.

Police say, you should do whatever necessary to protect your cards, and card numbers.
