HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 26-year-old man arrested on Feb. 16 on three charges made a first appearance Monday morning.

Clifford Fairchild is accused of lewd and lascivious behavior for exposing himself in the 1800 block of Lyman.

On that same date, he’s accused of causing criminal damage to a Toyota Tacoma and the apartment of a Hutchinson woman at the same location.

All three charges are misdemeanors. He entered “not guilty” pleas to the three charges. A hearing will be scheduled at a later date.

He also has other charges pending, including theft and possession of stolen property.
