Hutch Man Arrested On Numerous Financial Crimes Charges

Unless a man accused of numerous counts of auto burglary, forgery, criminal use of a financial card, theft and using or obtaining a Social Welfare Assistance Card by fraudulent means is able to make bond. He should make a first appearance on the charges Wednesday morning.

Joshua Robert Mann is jailed on a bond of 23-thousand, 500-dollars for auto burglary, five counts of forgery, 7-counts of criminal use of a financial card, theft, and 2-counts having a Vision Card, which is used by those receiving government assistance and 1-count of theft.

Mann was arrested by Hutchinson Police late Tuesday afternoon, but details of the arrest were not immediately available.

He was still jailed as of Tuesday evening and again should make a court appearance Tuesday morning.
