One of two men arrested on drug charges back in January is scheduled to be back in Reno County District Court Tuesday for arraignment.

35-year-old Ricky Cullum actually faces charges in two cases.

One of the cases against Cullum comes after the Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at his home at 108 East 9th. That was back on January 13th.

In that case, he’s charged with attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, possession of marijuana with intent to sell within a 1,000 feet of a school, possession of meth, possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one with intent to package a controlled substance, a personal use charge,, and no drug tax stamp.

He was also bound over for trial in the other case that goes back to September 2, of 2010, where he’s accused of being in possession of meth, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a weapon, in this case, a pair of metal knuckles, and possession of stolen property, allegedly leg irons, and a belly chain belonging to the Reno County Jail. He was also charged with driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

The arraignment is scheduled in front of Judge Tim Chambers.
