HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 24-year-old man was denied a bond reduction during a court appearance Tuesday morning after he allegedly injured a worker with Disabilities Support in Hutchinson.
Jordon Shields is apparently a client with this organization and allegedly got into an altercation with the worker.
In court, his family sought a bond reduction, but Magistrate Judge Cheryl Allen denied the request because of the worker being injured. Bond was left at $10,000.
He’ll be back in court next week to see if the state has filed any charges.
