HUTCHINSON – A local man is facing two felony charges involving child pornography.

Jeremy Seachris has been charged with aggravated internet trading of child pornography of a child under the age of 14 and sexual exploitation of a child.

The crimes are alleged to have occurred between Dec. 13 and Jan. 25.

Both charges are off-grid person felonies under Jessica’s Law, meaning he could receive a life sentence for both counts if convicted.

Seachris is free on bond and is scheduled to be back in court on July 27.
