HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A local man has been charged with a single felony count that actually goes back to March of last year, but is just now making it through the courts.

Ricky Gossman is charged with a single count of indecent liberties with a 15-year-old child. The state alleges lewd fondling or touching during the encounter which allegedly occurred on March 18, 2015.

He is free on bond and with the formal charge filed, the case is schedule for a status hearing on Feb. 10.

He was advised to have no contact with the victim in the case.
